Let's start.
I first marinaded the steak in(no particular order); Ginger marinade sauce, honey, lemon juice, black pepper, spicy powder with no salt, and soy sauce. That went in for around five hours, a good long time for a steak!
When 6pm came around I started my work! Boiling the water for the potatoes! This was before I realized we didn't have very many, no biggie! I improvised. I pulled out five potatoes, they were fairly small, and peeled them, after that I cut them in halves and put them into the boiling water.

Then I moved on to the steak...it was really hard to cut the fat from the steak! And believe me, there was a lot! I would show you, but it's not a pretty picture. My Aunt tried to get me to just cook it with the fat, but I was already half-way done with the first half of the steak! So I just continued cutting, my patience it pretty lengthy when it comes to tasks like that. Then it was out of the marinade sauce and into the George-foreman!

Woah! Looks pretty tasty doesn't it? Yeah well don't let the "soft" look fool you! It was far from done by the time I tried to cut it and see if it was pink inside (my Aunt wanted pink inside hers... unfortunately that didn't turn out so well... especially for one of her smaller knives.) ^^;;;
Moving right along, I went to check on the potatoes and they were done, so I strained them and put them into a plastic bowl, and I intended to add butter and make them yummy and creamy!
Before Butter and blending.

Don't forget to use; Smart balance! Better for you.After butter and blending!
Looks nasty I know! But it tasted really good. :3Then my Aunt suggests salad, well that's a good idea considering the fact of potatoes and steak, so my aunt pulls out a bag and I whip it into a bowl adding onions, broccoli and tomatoes!

Don't mind the electronic things in the background. >.>;; But it looks good doesn't it?
Ahh, then it was time to take the steaks from George! Thanks man... and they turned out great.
Mmmmm, boy!Ok, so they don't look that appealing but rest assured! They tasted great. And here is the finished product of my labor on a plate, I made it look as awesome as I could for the camera! XD

Oh yeah! Italian dressing baby!
Ah, looking at all this is making me hungry! I haven't eaten lunch so that could be it... Well, one last shot for you guys, this is my sister enjoying some yummies that I cooked up! And our dog trying to get some meat or anything really from her... (Jade, our dog, is a beggar.)

Actually, she is taunting our dog.
And that's how you make and enjoy a steak dinner! Join me next time on Chefs Cookin'!
Special thanks to Crystal; For letting me use her camera.
